How did I get here?
Well, about 15 years ago I started combining Specialised Therapy Techniques with Hypnosis to help clients with their fears and phobias, addictions, limiting beliefs and emotional blocks.
And then about 10 years ago, I met Felix Economakis (Chartered Psychologist) and flew to London to learn more about his intuitive therapy process of helping people with ARFID.
And at that moment I knew that I had found my passion!
Helping clients to let go of a lifetime of restrictive feelings around food is emotionally rewarding work, and life changing for clients.
To date, I have seen over 2,500 ARFID clients. I have been able to help the majority of them to better understand how their mind works and why they have ARFID, and to release or reduce their old behaviors around food.
And it’s possible for you too!

Bees!
In my spare time, I am an Apiarist… a Beekeeper.
I am facinated by the ‘hive mind’.
How do they all know their jobs? How do they communicate? And how do they KNOW how to do all of this?!
My work with ARFID is working with the Subconscious Mind.
When I look at my bees, I see a visual representation of the Subconscous Mind. There is something deeper at play.
And of course, I like honey!
Dogs!
A home wouldn’t be complete without pets.
Loki and Pepper are poodle crosses… ‘oodles!
They keep Hanlie and I fit and they love going for walks!
And of course dogs are the personification of unconditional love, which is a quality that should never be in short supply.
